Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the shipping method selected, and are shown before you complete your order.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather events and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery times. Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier; for questions about a shipment in transit, please contact the carrier using the tracking number in your confirmation email.

Incorrect addresses
